How I operate
Strategic partnerships and enterprise deals built on long-term relationships, not cold scripts.
Go-to-market direction and commercial strategy for founders scaling beyond product-market fit.
C-level and senior commercial talent placed through a network built over a decade, not a database.
Where I operate
My depth is in financial services and SaaS, categories where trust is the real moat and where I’ve spent most of my career building the network that actually closes deals. More recently I’ve moved into proptech, and the operating model carries over cleanly. Real estate buys the way finance does: on trust, through people, slowly. Knowing who signs and what kills a deal in month four is not sector specific. It’s a way of working.
It’s not the years on the CV that do the work. At ParkBee I led the launch of an entirely new proposition, moving the business from monetising empty parking spots to a full SaaS parking management platform, paired with ANPR camera hardware and a recurring monthly licence. I closed 15 to 18 new deals a year, most of them first-time accounts no one had opened before.
Before that, in SaaS for financial services at Virtual Vaults, while the company’s strategy centred on midmarket, I saw room higher up the market and went after it: becoming preferred supplier at tier one accounts like ABN AMRO, Deloitte, KPMG and KPMG Ireland, and DC Advisory. The same work put me across the table from private equity firms and the founders behind them. The relationships behind those names are why the right person picks up when it matters.

Why call Tho
I’ve spent my career inside SaaS for financial services, with more recent work in proptech, categories where trust compounds and reputations are the real moat. The partnerships and enterprise deals that matter rarely start with a form, they start with a relationship that already exists.
Today I work alongside founders and executive teams on strategic partnerships, enterprise growth, and senior hires. The common thread: turning a relationship-driven network into measurable commercial outcomes.
Automation handles the volume. The decisions that move a business forward still need a human in the room. That’s where I work.
Tell me what you’re working on. A partnership, a hire, a growth problem, or you’re just not sure yet. I read everything personally and reply within 24 hours.
